High-strength, chloride-resistant pipe for the Gulf's toughest service — seawater, desalination and offshore. Duplex 2205 (S31803/S32205), super duplex 2507 (S32750) and Zeron 100 (S32760) to ASTM A790 & A928, seamless & welded, with ferrite, pitting (G48) and 3.1 / 3.2 certification.
Duplex stainless steels combine an austenitic-ferritic microstructure to deliver roughly twice the strength of standard 316L with far superior resistance to chloride pitting and stress-corrosion cracking. In warm, high-chloride Gulf seawater — where plain 316L can suffer crevice attack — duplex and super duplex are the correct choice for desalination trains, seawater cooling, firewater and offshore systems.
Select 2205 for general chloride and moderate seawater service, and super duplex 2507 / Zeron 100 (PREN ≥ 40) for aggressive warm seawater. Service temperature is limited to roughly −50 to +300 °C to avoid embrittlement.
| Grade | UNS | EN | PREN (approx.) | Typical service |

| Duplex 2205 | S31803 / S32205 | 1.4462 | ~35 | Chloride, moderate seawater |
| Super duplex 2507 | S32750 | 1.4410 | ≥ 40 | Warm seawater, desalination |
| Zeron 100 | S32760 | 1.4501 | ≥ 40 | Offshore, aggressive seawater |
