Corrosion-resistant alloys (CRAs) for the toughest media — warm seawater, desalination, acids and high-temperature process. Inconel, Incoloy, Monel, Hastelloy, 254 SMO, AL-6XN, Titanium Gr 2 and Cupro-Nickel, fully certified.

Nickel alloy and titanium specialty pipe
/ Overview

When even super duplex isn't enough

Some service conditions — concentrated acids, hot chlorides, high-temperature oxidation, or immersed seawater — demand nickel-based, super-austenitic (6-Mo) or titanium alloys. AAM Steel sources and supplies these corrosion-resistant alloys as pipe and tube to the ASTM B-series, dimensioned to ASME B36.19M.

Selection is service-driven: Inconel 625 and Hastelloy C276 for aggressive chemicals; Monel 400 and Titanium Gr 2 for seawater and hydrofluoric service; 254 SMO / AL-6XN for desalination chlorides; and Cupro-Nickel 90/10 & 70/30 for seawater cooling. Every order ships with full material and corrosion-test certification.

/ FAQ

Common questions

What are corrosion-resistant alloys (CRAs)?
CRAs are nickel-based, super-austenitic (6-Mo) or titanium alloys used where stainless and duplex can't cope — aggressive acids, hot chlorides, seawater and high-temperature oxidation.
Which alloy is best for seawater or desalination?
For warm-seawater desalination, 254 SMO, AL-6XN, super duplex, Titanium Gr 2 and Cupro-Nickel 90/10 are common choices; the correct grade depends on temperature, chloride level and flow.
Do you supply nickel alloy pipe with certification?
Yes — every specialty alloy order ships with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 material certificates, PMI verification and corrosion-test reports where required.
Where can I buy Inconel / titanium pipe in the GCC?
AAM Steel sources and supplies nickel, 6-Mo and titanium pipe across Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia for desalination, oil & gas and chemical projects. Send your alloy, grade and sizes for a quote.
